Exchange Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos (if possible) to speed up the exchange process.
  • We will ship a replacement at no additional cost or offer a refund if a replacement is unavailable.

Change of Mind

  • Exchanges for reasons other than damage or defects may be accepted within 7–14 days of delivery.
  • Such exchanges may be refunded as store credit.
  • Some items—such as personalized or print-on-demand books—are not eligible for exchange.

  • Use the provided return label or follow the instructions for returning your item.
