Exchange Policy
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery.
- Provide photos (if possible) to speed up the exchange process.
- We will ship a replacement at no additional cost or offer a refund if a replacement is unavailable.
Change of Mind
- Exchanges for reasons other than damage or defects may be accepted within 7–14 days of delivery.
- Such exchanges may be refunded as store credit.
- Some items—such as personalized or print-on-demand books—are not eligible for exchange.
