Refund Policy
Eligibility
- Refunds are available within 30 days of delivery.
- Books must be in new, unused, and resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- E-books and digital downloads are non-refundable unless the file is defective or cannot be accessed.
Process
- Contact our support team to request a return authorization.
- Pack the item securely (preferably in the original packaging).
- Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- If the original payment method is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
Notes
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
